Refund policy

Refunds can only be authorized in very rare cases to be determined by us within 15-days. In most cases, we can make exceptions. Returned equipment that is accepted will be pro-rated depending on the extent of user damage or wear and tear that is present when returned back to us.

Item is in perfect condition / good condition and not installed: 100% refund.

Poor Packaging / Scratches / Minor Housing damage / Late Returns: 60% refund.

Fully destroyed, reverse engineered, damaged: 0% refund and item is sent back to you. 

Return Labels: We will send you a return label if within the US/UK/CA. For regions outside of this, you must send items back. If we have to give you a label, a 15% restocking fee is assessed. 

Returns after 15 days of receipt will have a restocking fee applied as well.

Please do NOT carelessly order items that you do not intend to keep. 

Please send the item on the indicated return date. If the label expires, we will not send you another one. You will be responsible to produce another label and send the item back to us.

All products are warrantied as indicated on their product pages. If a product fails due to natural causes, we will replace it for an equivalent within the warranty period at no charge up to 1 time. 

Examples of covered events are;

  • Sun damage to an LCD display
  • Motherboard failure causing glitches or faults on the unit
  • Damaged wiring due to heat
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Other situations which may be deemed to be of a "natural" failure 

Examples of non-covered events are;

  • Physical damage caused due to abuse
  • Obvious forms of neglect
  • Water damage 
  • Collateral damage from traumatic force events such as car wrecks or acts of God
  • Botched installations
  • Fraudulent schemes intended to purposely sabotage the unit in order to obtain other services/products from us
  • Any other damage that is not a cause of our manufacturing processes or natural electronics hardware failure

Due to the complexity of these devices, general returns are not authorized. 

Exchanges or store credit will be issued instead of returns in cases where you received the wrong item or have a defective device. 

Cancelled orders prior to shipping: We are still charged for cancelled orders. All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please do not order unless you are sure you intend to carry on with the order. 

In Person Services: Installations are performed without any expressed warranty besides the physical product itself. Refunds for products that are installed by EuroDirect will include a full refund of the product itself + a portion of labor. The labor price serves as a deposit to negate bad payments, fraud, or other inconveniences for the provider. 

Warranty: Devices that fail within warranty are replaced for free, minus tariffs assessed by your own country. You are responsible for this. We are responsbile for shipping label + replacement of device. First time orders, we pay the customs. 

Our Relationship with You:

Refunds, warranties and other remedies are made on the basis of good will and mutual respect for all parties. 

In rare circumstances, we reserve the right to terminate our relationship with you (the customer) in the event of fraud, abuse or other negative behaviors. 

This is done to protect our employees and business from bad actors.

Examples that constitute termination; 

  • Fraudulent behaviors
  • Sexual harassment or sexual assault
  • Discrimination of ones race/gender/sexual orientation/ethnicity/age/socioeconomic background
  • Employee harassment
  • Attempts at blackmailing us or our employees
  • Tampering with products beyond their factory use
  • Abuse or coercive threats to our employees
  • Unwillingness to accept remedies offered by us to resolve the solution
  • Any other situation which goes against a mutual good-will based customer/business relationship

Our rule is to treat all with respect and rational courtesy. We expect the same towards our place of business.

If the decision is made to terminate any business relationship with you, you will be informed of this and your product can be returned within an indicated time slot for a full refund. 

Please note, all interactions will be saved and recorded and may be given over to legal counsel, law enforcement and other stakeholders. 

We are looking to keep prices low and do the right thing by society. If we deem that you are counterproductive to our goal, we reserve the right to cancel our relationship with you at any time, return your money and cease contact with you.
