Software Updates

Purpose:

Because we are a manufacturer, we may release software updates from time to time.  We use American, German and Taiwanese engineers to work together on updates. Please contact us via email to check for new versions of your current software.

Include the following in your email:

• Full Name / Order Number
• Device 
  

We can update most devices remotley, via email & embedded instructions or usb upload. We will check the device and tell you the correct method. 

Disclaimer: 

Do NOT attempt to upload random software updates to these devices. They will 100% result in a bricked device. Every device uses it's own unique firmware compiled by software engineers for the specific chipset and parameters in the hardware. 

You can not randomly / blindly upload random software onto these devices in the same way you can not apply an XBOX update on to a PlayStation.

Would you attempt to apply Android 14 on your iPhone? No, it is not advised and will either not work or damage your device permanently. This is the same principal.

Computer devices are toys to software engineers who are paid thousands to write software. 

They are expensive appliances to you. Please treat them as such. 

Beta Testing Program:

We are currently accepting BETA testers for our EuroDirect OEM+ OS. This software update is designed to look exactly like this OEM BMW ID4 system. Some users may appreciate this upgrade.
