Purpose:

Because we are a manufacturer, we may release software updates from time to time.  We use American, European and Taiwanese engineers to work together on updates. Please contact us via email to check for new versions of your current software.

Include the following in your email:

• Full Name / Order Number
• Device 
  

We can update most devices remotley, via email & embedded instructions or usb upload. We will check the device and tell you the correct method. 

Disclaimer: 

NEVER attempt to upload random software updates to these devices. They will 100% result in a bricked device. Every device uses it's own unique firmware compiled by software engineers for the specific chipset and parameters in the hardware. 

You can not randomly / blindly upload random software onto these devices in the same way you can not apply an XBOX update on to a PlayStation.

LINUX devices do not need software updates due to their simple nature. Android Devices will have routine new applications developed for them since they are high-end products.
