All EuroDirect technical support is conducted via WhatsApp to ensure real-time and effective troubleshooting. Please carefully read the following to avoid having your messages archived or discarded:

  • Do not contact customer service or use the chat box for technical support. That is a seperate department. 
  • The Tech Support line is not customer service. They are engineers that are there to give you remedy steps to your issue, not to argue. Please follow thier steps exactly as indicated and follow their requests.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION:

We currently offer installation in certain areas in the US. We have served thousands of customers and have performed installations all throughout the United States. We can likely get you in touch with an independent installer or shop in your area, while also ensuring you do not overpay.

During the installation, your car will be worked on carefully as if it were our own. Shoot us a message through our "Contact" portal to begin. 

Please note; Independent installers are independent entities. We merely recommend a known competent installer in your area (if available). 

SHOP TRAINING: 

Run a shop or dealer and want your team trained? E-mail us and we can set up training for your staff to make sure that you can carry out your own installations.
