    Purchased this item for my 2013 Audi S5. I was not not satisfied with the product for several personal reasons, so I requested a refund through BimmerDirect. Via email, they provided a pre-paid return label in which I sent the item back the next day, brand new still in box, and was delivered to the address provided. Since then, I have not received any further emails from the company in reference to issuing a refund for the unit purchased.
    This item does not come with installation instructions & you will be forced to contact the company in which they will send you a video that is not helpful whatsoever.
    UPDATE: Customer service is slow, but they did issue a full refund a week later.

    I am sorry but that is not true. You told us that you did not know how to install the unit after we sent you the instructional video. We then gave you a prepaid return label to return this item.

    Refunds, no matter where you shop, are not instant. This is due to credit card companies and thier fraud policies. Your refund was processed within a week which is relativley quick.

    I understand your frustratation but we can not teach you how to work on a vehicle, in the future you will need to take your car to a shop in your case and get the parts elsewhere. You will not like the quality or the price of the resold equipment you get next time however and will really have something to complain about.

    Our price and warranty is the best value overall but we do not appreciate the malice misinformation and you have lost any future business from our factory as well as our partner factories.
